As every year, private cars are also a key part of Petrol Palace. We appreciate your interest!

Non-binding registrations are open until further notice or 26 July 2026 23:59. Later applications will not be processed.

We process private car registrations in waves, please note that we might take even several months before we let you know about your specific car.

We want to offer our visitors a wide variety of vehicles. Whether you have a supercar, a vintage car, a drift car, a car that scrapes the ground, or just an interesting production car, everyone has the opportunity to get into the castle garden.

If approved, the car display and driver’s ticket are always free. In the approval email, you will receive a link to a questionnaire where you can select paid services and products in addition to registration.

Registration is subject to approval and participation or tickets cannot be claimed. If you do not receive an approval email from Petrol Palace or do not fill out the confirmation questionnaire, the registration is considered not approved!

Registration conditions:

• the vehicle must be parked during Friday, July 31st and must remain in the area until Sunday, August 2nd, 5:00 PM – the area is guarded non-stop and under camera surveillance
• operating fluids must not leak from the vehicle
• after parking the car, it cannot be manipulated without prior request
• advertisements for commercial entities must not be placed on the vehicles (we accept advertising on the license plate, Instagram on the rear triangle, “design” stickers of sponsors)
  • if you use the vehicle/vehicles for commercial purposes (promotion of a specific company), use the partner questionnaire in the second half of this page
• without prior agreement it is forbidden to place, give away or offer anything in the area

In case of violation of the conditions, your vehicle will not be accepted. If the violation is discovered only on site/during the event, your vehicle will be removed from the exhibition without any right to compensation or refund.
